Assessment of the state of the breeches of the departmental roads of Loir-et-Cher, single lot. The consultation concerns the evaluation of the state of the pavements of the departmental roads of Loir-et-Cher.

The description of the service is detailed in the special technical clauses (CCTP). The consultation will result in a framework agreement with purchase orders pursuant to Articles 78 and 80 of Decree No 2016-360 of 25.3.2016, without indication of thresholds.

As an indication, the campaigns of previous years focused on:

- 2016: category 2a and 2b tracks (685 km),

- 2017: Category 1 lanes (501 km),

- 2018: category 3 Sud Loire lanes (1,161 km).

The framework agreement with purchase orders to be concluded is concluded for a period from the date of notification until 31.12.2019. There are 3 tacit renewals of 1 year each without the total duration of each contract exceeding 31.12.2022.
