The subject of the contract is to perform the function of a Substitute Investor as part of a multi-discipline investor's supervision for the construction of a complex of indoor and outdoor swimming pools along with land development, construction and reconstruction of technical infrastructure, demolition of the existing ice rink with an engine room, stands with cloakroom facilities in the "design and build" formula and delivery of furniture and equipment located on plots with registration numbers: 192/2, 196/3, 196/1, 197/2, 192/1, 197/1, 195 precinct 206 located at Sanocka Street in Przemyśl.

1. The subject of the contract is to perform the function of a Substitute Investor as part of a multi-branch investor's supervision for the construction of a complex of indoor and outdoor swimming pools along with land development, construction and reconstruction of technical infrastructure, demolition of the existing ice rink with an engine room, stands with cloakroom facilities in the "design and build" formula and delivery of furniture and equipment located on plots with registration numbers: 192/2, 196/3, 196/1, 197/2, 192/1, 197/1, 195 precinct 206 located at Sanocka Street in Przemyśl, in the scope of:

1) two-stage verification with the analysis of design documentation developed by the Contractor of construction works, by checking the consistency of documentation, compliance of project documentation with the assumptions adopted in the Functional and Utility Program, current technical knowledge and applicable laws and standards;

2) performing multi-branch investor's supervision over construction works in the following industries:

a) architectural,

b) construction and construction,

c) electrical and telecommunications,

d) sanitary,

e) road,

and over deliveries;
