1. The subject of the order includes:
1) the design and execution of adaptive works: construction and installation necessary to establish and make available the exhibition of the permanent Wrocław Silesian Museum and the bar, together with catering facilities,
2) design, execution, assembly and commissioning of the permanent exhibition at the Wrocław Śląska Museum,
3) execution of post-built documentation, including instructions for use and maintenance,
4) Training of Ordering personnel (minimum 4 persons) in the operation and maintenance of the entire exhibition (8 hours of training)
2. In the course of the subject of the contract, the Contractor shall also be obliged to exercise copyright supervision.

In particular, the Contractor's tasks will include:
(a) the development of a permanent exposure project on the basis of all annexes to this SWZ,
(b) the development of a substantive scenario of constant exposure, including application scenarios and multimedia content,
(c) the acquisition of exhibits, photographic materials for the exhibition, archives, documents, archival audio video recordings for the purpose of the exposition,
(d) design and execution of the zone of motor activity,
(e) comprehensive execution of all elements of the exhibition, in accordance with the design and technical documentation developed for this purpose and the guidelines for the execution and delivery of the object of the order, including, among others, the execution of interior architecture (exhibition stage design), delivery, assembly and commissioning of equipment multimedia, execution of multimedia posts, delivery, installation and commissioning of media software, delivery, installation and commissioning of exhibition lighting, execution and assembly of graphics, execution, installation and commissioning of media content (including animations, videos, sound recordings) , writing texts,
(f) the execution of other elements in accordance with the documentation annexed to the SWZ, including in particular the adaptation/expansion of ventilation, air conditioning, electrical and teleengineering systems, SAP etc. indicated in the PFU
2. In the course of the subject of the contract, the Contractor shall also be obliged to exercise copyright supervision.
