The main objective is to ensure an optimal and professional cleaning service (including the cleaning of drapes) in an environmentally friendly manner, taking into account the occupancy of the various buildings and also the quality of the service required by the Secretariat, as well as maintenance services and supervision of pest control measures against animals or insects in and around the buildings and on the patios located between the various wings of the buildings.
The services provided under this invitation to tender involves three main activities:
— planning and coordinating the work;
— execution of the work;
— supervision of the work.
The services include:
— cleaning, i.e. the removal of dust, dirt and stains;
— aesthetic aspect, i.e. the removal of dirt and the correction of disruptions to the appearance of the premises;
— hygiene, i.e. the removal of substances that are harmful to health;
— the supply of adequate cleaning and hygiene products that best respect the environment, health and safety at work, and the use of equipment and materials adapted to specific needs;
— maintenance services and supervision of pest control measures against animals or insects;
— cleaning of curtains and hangings;
— sanitary supplies: soap, towels, toilet paper, disinfectant gel and any other sanitary supplies related to the cleaning services referred to above.
The services will also cover any other need which proves necessary to guarantee a perfect state of permanent cleanliness of the said premises, as well as the perfect conservation of the elements cleaned.
The contracting party undertakes, under its sole liability, to ensure the execution of the contract according to the standards and best practices in use, and in full compliance with the legal and regulatory provisions in terms of safety, hygiene, well-being at work, environment, and social and tax laws, in force throughout the execution of the framework contract.
