The contract to be awarded is defined as follows:

Fulfilling a partner role and executive role in the field of advice, marketing and communication in order to reach the target groups and stakeholders of the Client in an appropriate and distinctive way. The assignment only covers communication from the House of SCOH. Should schools at any time need communication support that fits within the scope of this agreement, such support falls within this agreement.

The scope of the assignment is set at € 400,000 including VAT for the full order value. If the order value is reached earlier than the end date of the agreement, the agreement expires by operation of law at that time. The order is then put back on the market.
