Object planning services for buildings and interiors, LPH 5 to 9, in stages for the new construction of the St. Martin kindergarten in Garmisch-Partenkirchen.

The subject of the present award procedure is the procurement of object planning services for buildings and interiors in accordance with HOAI (2021) Part 3, Section 1, Service Phases LPH 5 to 9. The assignment within the planning phases takes place in stages.

The client is the Archdiocese of Munich and Freising, KdöR.

The contractor has no legal right to commission individual or even all stages.

The church foundation, represented by the Archbishop's Ordinariate of Munich, intends to demolish the existing kindergarten.

It is intended to realize a 2-storey kindergarten with 5 kindergarten groups, a crèche group, multi-purpose room, toilet facilities and cloakrooms.

The property is located in Garmisch at Brauhaus Str. 7. The land area is 5 594 m2.
