The client is considering becoming an own risk bearer for the WGA as of 1.1.2021. Whether the client actually becomes a self-insurer with a private insurance policy for the WGA depends on whether the self-insurer is a (financially) more attractive option than to leave the WGA financing with the UWV or to take it under your own management.
