We request your offer for apartment and minor renovations of properties owned and managed by Jyväskylän Vuokra-asunnot Oy in accordance with this invitation to tender and its appendices. This is a framework agreement with 3 to 10 framework contract suppliers selected. The number of framework contract suppliers selected will depend on the total capacity offered by the tenderers. Renovations of apartments and small-scale works will be carried out on the basis of unit price quotations for specific projects, which will be updated in the electronic price lists during the contract period. The purchase also includes options that may apply to any construction products included in the CPV codes of the procurement notice. The framework contract supplier does not have the exclusive right to produce the works to be procured.
The JVA currently owns and manages about 7,000 homes. The average area of the apartments is about 53 m
On the basis of the framework agreement, it is possible for the subscriber to order apartment and minor repairs from the framework contract supplier for which:
(a) contains building materials; or
(b) does not include building materials (works are carried out with building materials purchased by the customer); or
(c) by using building materials procured by both the customer and the contractor.
It is possible to obtain from the framework contract supplier all building materials for which the framework contract supplier has provided a price for the electronic catalog. It is also possible to acquire apartment and minor renovations based on the JVA's accrual of earning per resident (see for more information https://www.jva.fi/sahkoisetpalvelut/punktkotiin/).
