The purpose of the contract is to provide the following services:

- the provision, for the benefit of the city of Carrières-sur-Seine, of a set of motor vehicles in the form of long-term rental, without option to purchase,

- the subscription, through the holder, of a "financial loss" insurance,

- the registration of each rented vehicle,

- maintenance, maintenance,

- assistance-troubleshooting vehicles in case of breakdown,

- tire management.
