The purpose of the Tendering Process is to conclude an Agreement with one (1) service provider for payment and collection services in the East European Region. The intention is for the Agreement to commence on 1 May 2023.

The following payment flows in the Eastern Europe fall within scope:

• local payment transactions of the embassies and representations.

• international payment transactions for the funding/creaming of the local bank accounts of the embassies and representations.

• return information of all accounts held.

• cash transactions.

• pay by means of a bank letter.

• direct debits.
