The subject of the contract are forest management services as defined in art. 6 clause 1 point 1 of the Act of 28.9.1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2018, item 2129 as amended -: "Forest Act") covering works in the field of breeding and protection forest, fire protection, logging and logging, tree selection, nursery, meadow and agriculture management, hunting management, maintenance of tourist and educational facilities, maintenance of forest roads and logging routes, to be carried out in the Gorlice Forest District in 2020.

The material scope of the subject of the contract includes the sum of works from the ranges mentioned above resulting from Annex 3 to the ToR, which consists of Annex 3.1. - size of works per activity, Annex 3.2. - difficulty zones and logging distances and Annex 3.3 - timber harvesting system.
