The tender concerns the repair and service of the municipality's large vehicles (panel vans and minibuses, with and without lift). Central and South Zealand Fire & Rescue (MSBR) services and maintains the municipality's entire fleet, but due to working environment requirements, there are tasks regarding the large vehicles MSBR cannot handle, which is why these are carried out by external partners. In addition to service and repair of the municipality's large vehicles, which amount to approx. 90 units, if MSBR cannot handle the specific task, ordinary passenger cars and small vans can come in. One of the prerequisites for bidders for this tender is that the tenderer will be willing to make Næstved Municipality a priority customer, as breakdowns on certain large vehicle types, e.g. minibuses, are directly operational critical.

The offered assignment includes a quotation list requesting a fixed price for the following:

• Hjulskifte

• Loading and mounting of tyres incl. balancing

• Lifteftersyn

• Air conditioning overhaul

In addition, hourly rates are also requested.
