The purpose of this contract is the acquisition, delivery, installation, commissioning, training and warranty of sub-peak stations in accordance with the technical specifications defined in Article 31.2.1 and Article 31.3.1 of Special Clauses No.21101 of 10.3.2021. This contract is concluded on behalf of the Laboratoire d'analyse et d'architecture des systèmes (LAAS-UPR8001) — located at the CNRS — 7 avenue du Colonel Roche — 31031 Toulouse Cedex 4.
This market is allotted as follows:
— batch 1: acquisition, delivery, installation, commissioning, training and warranty of a semi-automatic 3 kV power station under spikes;
— Lot 2: acquisition, delivery, installation, commissioning, training and warranty of a 10kV high and low temperature station under spikes.
Acquisition of a semi-automatic 3 kV subpeak station on behalf of LAAS-CNRSLot 1 is for the acquisition, supply, delivery, installation, commissioning, training and warranty of a semi-automatic 3 kV power sub-peak station on behalf of the CNRS LAAS-CNRS, according to the specifications set out in section 31.2.1 of Special Clauses No.21101 dated 10.3.2021.
The contract is an ordinary contract treated at a global and fixed price.
Acquisition of a 10 kV high and low temperature sub-point station on behalf of LAAS-CNRSLot 2 is for the acquisition, delivery, installation, commissioning, training and warranty of a 10 kV high and low temperature sub-peak station on behalf of the CNRS LAAS-CNRS, in accordance with the technical specifications defined in Article 31.3.1 of Special Clauses No.21101 of 10.3.2021.
The contract is an ordinary contract treated at a global and fixed price.
