The Brandenburg-based IT service provider intends to procure a full-time employee on site at ZIT-BB as part of a temporary employment contract in Lot 1 for the supervision of the cross-sectional procedure "Personnel Information System (PerIS)".

The service is required immediately after the award of the contract, for a period of 18 months.

The services listed below are to be provided in particular:

- Supervision of the technical infrastructure for the cross-sectional procedure "Personnel Information System (PerIS)"

- Installation and update of patches and software components of the specialist application

- Development of test concepts and test execution

- Updating of technical documentation and verification systems (operating manual, technical concept, CMDB, etc.)

- Coordination of the implementation of technical measures from the increased requirements of data protection and information security

- Clarification of technical questions in the run-up to changes in the process, the IT-technical specifications, the development of requirements analyses, change concepts and operating concepts

- Professional processing of information as decision-making documents

- Ensuring the conformity of concepts and the technological operation of the process with state-wide and ZIT-BB internal IT guidelines

- Implementation of ITIL processes and assumption of management tasks in the ITIL process

- Creation of new programs or adaptations/modifications/additions of adopted programs/scripts with complex workflows and logical dependencies

- Consulting and active support in the planning, organization and implementation of interfaces

- Preparation or adaptation of procedural documentation
