The district of Harburg has decided to expand the grammar schools at the school centers I and II in Winsen in the context of the conversion from G8 to G9 as part of a PPP model.

At the school center I, a total contractor is to have an extension with about 1 500 m 2 NUF plan and build inclusive bridge financing turnkey.

At the school center II is an extension of about 1 000 m 2 NUF planned and built inclusive bridge financing turnkey.

The contractor must provide all necessary planning and construction services for the ready-to-use construction of the new building and maintenance within the extended warranty period, including the adjustment of the technical facilities, on the basis of functional construction performance specifications with space program. This includes the application for planning permission and the provision of temporary bridge financing. A transfer of land to the contractor is excluded.

The district of Harburg intends to open the Gymnasium at the school center I in Winsen (Luhe) in the course of the conversion from G8 to G9 (Abitur after 13 years) with a usable area of approx. 1 500 m 2 to expand.

The expansion requirements mainly include classrooms, living and administrative areas, in addition NTW-Fachunterrichtsräume become necessary. It is to start from an independent structure, possibly with connection to the stock.

The expansion volume consists predominantly of classrooms for general and science education, differentiation rooms and extension areas for the administration.

In order to represent all areas in a meaningful way, it is planned to cultivate two parts of the building and also to rebuild existing areas.
