If this market orientation shows that only 1 party is able to deliver what is requested, this could result in the skipping of a public procurement procedure, since this orientation has shown that there are no other candidates. If you do not sign up for this procedure, Van Hall Larenstein will assume that there is no further interest in a possible follow-up procedure. You thereby also lose the right to appeal against a possible award decision.

Early October: interviews with potential registrations.

Mid-October: choice of purchasing and tendering process

End of November: final choice of desired process configuration
