- approx. 1 700 m 2 Demolition and renewal of the tile roofing including counter and support battens and sarking membrane,

- approx. 200 m gutters with hanging, copper,

- approx. 200 m downpipes, copper,

- approx. 400 m cornice coverings, valleys, etc. Copper,

- approx. 50 m 2 Double standing seam cover copper,

- approx. 10 m 3 Deliver, tie and install KVH pine for roof construction renovation,

- deliver and install approx. 2,500 kg of structural steel,

- renovate approx. 20 rafter heads,

- approx. 50 m 2 Demolition and renewal of the rough bung formwork.
