The aim of the work is to carry out impact assessments of the Energy Development Plan to 2035, taking into account and describing, among other things, the Estonia 2035 strategy as well as the European Green Deal, the "Fit for 55" package, sustainable investment (do no significant harm) and future activities necessary for the implementation of the principles of climate-proof infrastructure projects
expected to have concomitant effects.
In order to provide the service, impact assessments must be carried out over a period of up to 24 months:
1. in accordance with the Environmental Impact Assessment and Environmental Management System Act, and
2. in accordance with the rules and methodology of the Government of the Republic and the Code of Good Lawmaking and Regulatory Technique.
Proposals for the preparation and supplementation of the draft ENMAK 2035 must then be prepared before the public consultation in the draft information system.
In addition to this procurement, a separate procurement "Preparatory activities for the preparation of the Energy Management Development Plan for 2035" will be carried out.
