The subject of the contract is the supply of laboratory reagents and consumables for performing diagnostic tests along with the lease of analysers.

Task No. 1 – supply of laboratory reagents and consumables for performing diagnostic tests in the field of virology and immunochemistry along with the lease of an analyser,

Task No. 2 – supply of reagents in the form of cassettes, controls and consumables needed to perform 68,400 determinations of critical parameters along with the lease of 5 analysers of critical parameters,

Task No. 3 – supply of reagents, controls and consumables for the execution of electrophoretic separations along with the lease of electrophoresis systems,

Task No. 4 – supply of reagents and consumables for 660,000 glucose determinations along with the lease of a glucose analyzer with a POC IT surveillance system.

1.1. The subject of the contract is Task No. 1 – supply of laboratory reagents and consumables for performing diagnostic tests in the field of virology and immunochemistry together with the lease of an analyser.

1.2. The assortment, quantity and price specification of the subject of the contract, the required technical and functional parameters are specified in Appendix No. 2/1 to the Terms of Reference, which the Contractor is obliged to complete and attach to the offer.

1.3. The price specification for the lease is Appendix No. 2/1a to the Terms of Reference, which the Contractor is obliged to fill in and attach to the offer.

1.4. The technical specification of the subject of the lease (with the required and scored technical and utility parameters of the subject of the contract) is specified in Appendix No. 2/1b to the Terms of Reference, which the Contractor is obliged to complete and attach to the offer.
