The acquisition involves the printing, assembling and delivery of horse passports issued by the Finnish Hippos Association in Finland to the nearest Postal or Matkahuolto pick-up point or to the subscriber in Finland.
The horse passport is an official document governed by Commission legislation. In connection with horse passports, an owner certificate is printed, which is a paper document of A4 size.
Passports are acquired at an estimated rate of around 3000 pc per year. The placing of orders is weighted for the period between October and February, when horse passports are ordered from 80 to 90% of the estimated amount for the full year, according to the contracting unit's estimate. Orders may also be placed in urgent individual cases under the terms and prices of the Agreement. Amounts are estimates and do not constitute an obligation to purchase.
The subscriber requires a subscription system from the Vendor, through which the Service Provider retrieves the information of the Horse Pass from the Subscriber's system.
The agreement is valid for now and begins with the signing of the agreement. The estimated start date for the contract period is 5/2022.
