The subject of the contract includes m.in.

(a) Transport of the object of the contract to the place designated by the Contracting Authority and his insurance, until the Contracting Authority has been received without reservation.

c) The subject of the contract delivered to the Ordering Party is brand new, free from legal and physical defects and ready for operation, without the need to make additional purchases and is not subject to any rights of third parties.

d) The Ordering Party requires a guarantee:

I. for lots 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7: not less than 12 months, the warranty period is one of the criteria for evaluating offers in addition to lot No. 4

II. for Lot No 2: not less than 24 months.

e) If the Contractor proposes a shorter warranty period, the offer will be rejected as not meeting the requirements of the Ordering Party.
