The following description of services includes work for the installation of sheet steel doors including ancillary services and special services in the above-described property.

The service is not provided continuously, but in accordance with the construction progress in the 2 construction phases. The first construction phase includes the renovation of the high-rise building and lecture hall 1. The second construction phase includes the renovation work in the low-rise building (BT2) with 3 smaller lecture halls, libraries, the seminar rooms, sanitary areas and the offices on the east and south side of the building.

The UzK intends to use the construction phase that is not under construction during the construction work.

Within the planned period for the completion of the overall construction work (all trades) between the end of 2019 and the end of 2021, the work on the sheet steel doors must be completed for the 1st construction phase (1st phase) after coordination using a detailed schedule.

For the 2nd construction phase (2nd phase), the work is to be carried out in the planned period until the completion of the overall construction measure (all trades) between mid-2022 and the end of 2023.

The work on sheet steel doors on the BT1 (1st and 2nd BA) is therefore carried out at different times and not immediately after one another.

At the time of execution, it can be assumed that there are other trades on the construction site.

At the beginning of the construction project, the facades of construction sections 1 and 2 are scaffolded on site. A scaffolding elevator (max. 1500kg) is provided on site.

The enclosed logistics concept must be observed.

The services for the installation of sheet steel doors essentially include:

- Construction site equipment with all necessary equipment etc,

- Manufacture of protective covers,

- Installation of sheet steel exterior doors including ancillary services,

- Installation of sheet steel interior doors including ancillary services,

When carrying out the work, make sure that the building is protected against demal.

The outside area (green belt) is a protected landscape area. Damage to nature and the environment of any kind is punishable. All measures and interventions require a special permit. Due to the difficult delivery conditions and the requirements of landscape protection, the attached photo documentation must be observed and a visit to the location is highly recommended. The difficult delivery will not be paid for separately.
