1. The subject of the contract is the service of comprehensive cleaning of rooms in the buildings of the District Prosecutor's Office in Szczecin and maintenance of cleanliness in the areas adjacent to these buildings, for the duration of the contract. 2. The proposed provisions of the contract, which will be introduced into the content of the contract, are included in Annex 5 to the SWZ, which includes a model contract with a list of facilities and areas for cleaning and the scope of cleaning activities and frequency. 3. The subject of the contract includes the service of comprehensive cleaning of rooms in buildings: - at Stoisława 6 Street in Szczecin, - at Wawrzyniaka 14 Street in Szczecin, - at Żołnierska 3a Street in Szczecin, - at Piotra Skargi 34/35 Street in Szczecin, - at Owocowa 8-10 Street in Szczecin, and maintaining cleanliness in the areas adjacent to the buildings.
