The maintenance includes preventive activities aimed at meeting all legal requirements, carrying out maintenance recommended by manufacturers and the maintenance that aims to ensure that all installations function optimally.
The maintenance also includes a corrective component that aims to solve malfunctions and problems within the deadlines set for that purpose. In addition, the rates to be specified in the prize sheet apply.
Finally, maintenance includes an advisory component. Within six months after the start of the agreement, the contractor will draw up a plan per location with a lead time of at least 10 years for replacement of installation parts including the costs for replacement (level 2022). In addition, an overview of the Client can be adjusted the MJOP based on this. Annually, no later than June, a replacement plan should be presented for the following calendar year. That plan says what needs to be replaced, including an onion.
The scope of the assignment relates to all locations of SKOVV. The scope of the assignment is the traced parts from the installation that are shown in the overview per location.
