Basic requirements:

1. The ERRV or RESCUE class vessel must be permanently in the platform area. Fi-fi 1, Rescue capacity for 25 people, MOB, Area surveillance, Oil spill and anti-pollution capabilities. Consumption less than 600l/day

2. Passenger ships and supplies to operate from Vinaròs to the offshore platform. Occasional use, around 60 trips/year and total availability (+/- one day). Transport capacity of 25 passengers. Deck load capacity of 25Tn and capable of transporting 20' containers and dangerous goods certificate. One of them must be prepared to make diesel bunkers >50m3. The European flag is requested.
