The objective and scope of the contract:

The contracting authority has 2 communities: Krøderen in the south and Norsund in the middle of the municipality (Noresund is the administrative centre). There is a 1 to 7 year school at Noresund and at Krøderen there is a 1 — 10 school. There is also a common lower secondary school for the entire municipality at Krøderen. Both schools are built in multiple phases throughout the year, but the oldest parts are from period 1958-1962.

The competition concerns delivery of project and construction management for rehabilitation/new construction of the two schools.

The value of the procurement is anticipated to be 3 000 000 NOK — 5 000 000 NOK excluding VAT. The volume is an estimate and is not binding. For further information refer to the procurement documents.

Tenders cannot be submitted for parts of the assignment, and alternative tenders are not allowed. The contracting authority has considered dividing up the assignment in accordance with PPR §19-4, but has decided that this is not suitable for this type of contract.
