Awarding of specialist planning services for:

Lot 1 Heating-ventilation-sanitation-planning according to §§ 53 ff. HOAI technical building equipment for plant groups 1,2, 3 and 7

Lot 2 Electrical engineering planning according to §§ 53 ff. HOAI technical building equipment for plant groups 4,5,6 and 8

The contractor must offer the basic services of LPH 1-9 according to Part 4, Section 2, § 55 in conjunction with Annex 15.1 HOAI, plant groups 1, 2, 3 and 7 according to § 53 Abs. 2 HOAI.

Special services:

-LPH 2 Investigation of alternative solutions

-Please specify the hourly rate for engineers and the hourly rate for the technical employee in the electronic service list.

-The client can optionally call up service phase 9, as well as special services from LPH 9.

- Participation in meetings in political bodies to present alternative solutions

The Contractor shall offer the basic services of LPH 1-9 in accordance with Part 4, Section 2, § 55 in conjunction with Annex 15.1 HOAI, Plant Groups 4, 5, 6 and 8 in accordance with § 53 (2) HOAI.

Special services:

-LPH 2 Investigation of alternative solutions

- Please indicate in the electronic specifications the hourly rate for the engineer and the hourly rate for the technical employee
