This consultation concerns the operation of the intercommunal waste disposal centers of the Communauté des communes des Quatre Rivières as of 1.1.2020.

This contract is a service provision contract.

As the market includes regular services but also one-off services, and the scope of the needs to be met for the latter can not be clearly established, the market takes the form of a framework agreement with purchase orders open tender pursuant to Articles R. 2162-1 to 6 and R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Order Code.

Disposal of containers, compaction, disposal, transportation and waste treatment for the two waste disposal sites in the territory of the Communauté des communes des Quatre Rivières.
