Framework Agreement on Active Network Components
The object of the procurement is the conclusion of a framework agreement on existing and new active network components of the Cisco Systems brand including software, licenses, delivery, assembly and support as well as other services for the existing LAN and WAN infrastructure of the City of Munich (hereinafter referred to as LHM), for a period of four years (48 months) with an economic operator.
The framework agreement includes in particular:
- Transfer of existing system components into a maintenance contract of the manufacturer Cisco Systems
- Replacement procurement incl. maintenance agreements for network components in need of renewal
- Expansion of the existing network infrastructure including maintenance agreement as required
- Design, customizing, consulting, participation (support)
- Third-level support
- System-related accessories
- Provision of the software and all necessary licenses
- Assembly and configuration
- Recording, modification and insertion of user data and routing tables
- necessary testing, swivelling and switching work and labelling, in particular the patching in order to be able to put the network into operation and patches for the tertiary connections according to the specifications of the client. The patch cables must be replaced 1:1 in the event of malfunctions, delivered and patched for new installations or extensions, or only delivered.
