Lot 1: Multi-disciplinary team to monitor capital projects funded by a future tourism capital grant scheme.

Multi-disciplinary team for general corporate requirements:

1) Architects;

2) Quantity Surveyors; and

3) Mechanical and Electrical Engineers:

(a) carry out an initial review of submissions received under a variety of large and small capital grant schemes;

(b) monitor capital projects funded under these schemes and other capital funding and additional services.

Multi-disciplinary team for general corporate requirements:

1) Architects;

2) Quantity Surveyors; and

3) Mechanical and Electrical Engineers.
