The purpose of this consultation is to conclude a single-channel framework agreement executing as purchase orders are issued for services related to the provision, implementation and maintenance of a Cyber Security Solution (SOC).

The framework agreement is concluded within the framework of a permanent group of orders linked to recurring needs, between Brest metropolis, the city of Brest, water du Ponant SPL.

The Capuchin workshops SPL, and the Adeupa and on behalf of which Brest Métropole is coordinator.

Open tender subject to the provisions of Articles L. 2113-6 to L. 2113-7, R. 2124-1 to R. 2124-2, R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6 and R. 2162-13 to R. 2162-14 of the Public Order Code.

Candidates will need to establish their offer taking into account the health context related to the Coronavirus Covid-19 pandemic. No minimum amount and no maximum amount.
