The approx. 21,800 m² project area is located in the Berlin district of Oberschöneweide, district of Treptow-Köpenick, adjacent to Minna-Todenhagen-Straße in the southeast and Rummelsburger Landstraße in the northeast. To the northeast there are also commercial areas (currently car dealerships), to the north the Wuhlheide substation and to the west the allotment garden "Am Freibad". The Berliner Verkehrsbetriebe (BVG) AöR is planning to build a depot for the electrified bus fleet of the public company on the site, which was used between 1945 and 1991 as the location of the Western Group of the Soviet Armed Forces (WTG).
The aim of the services tendered here is to obtain an explosive ordnance clearance (KMR) with clearance without depth restriction for all areas with foundation elements/excavation pits of the subsequent new buildings as well as a depth-limited clearance of the remaining areas, in accordance with DIN 18323 and according to the state of the art, before the start of construction of the special foundation engineering work. In addition, clearing the construction site is intended to reduce the surface sealing found on the construction site (not
completely existing) and old buildings (individual masonry remnants, cable shafts) and prepare them for professional disposal, in accordance with the Substitute Building Materials Ordinance (ErsatzbaustoffV). The disposal services are not part of this tender.
The site completely encompasses parcel 3037, corridor 901, district 0515 Köpenick. The property is owned by BVG. The brownfield site is currently not subject to any economic use. To the south of the project area, Minna-Todenhagen-Straße runs along a footpath and cycle path. To the west of the site and south of the road are several allotment gardens. To the north is the adjacent Wuhlheide substation. Furthermore, there are several motor vehicle businesses in the north and northeast.
The work is to be started no later than two weeks after commissioning or after consultation with the client/client, with a planned total working time of 20 weeks. For the implementation of the clearance measure, a construction schedule must be drawn up at the time of submission of the tender, which ensures the work during the performance period with a detailed execution. There is no entitlement to compensation for weather-related downtime.
