The Ordering Party reserves the right to purchase one (1) additional bus with the same parameters and equipment as the other three covered by the guaranteed order.
Before the final selection of the most advantageous offer, a visual inspection of the offered buses will be carried out to check compliance with the description of the subject of the contract. A test drive will also be carried out to check the correct functioning of the components. Unsatisfactory technical condition of the offered buses will be the basis for rejecting the offer. The buses offered must be of one brand and in one type – identical in terms of construction, completion and equipment (this also applies to the bus covered by the right of option).
The offered buses must meet all the requirements set out in the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of 31 December 2002 on the technical conditions of vehicles and the scope of their necessary equipment (Journal of Laws of 2016, item 2022, i.e.) conditioning the admission to traffic.
A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Part II of the SWZ.
