This contract includes the Supply of Electricity in High and Low Voltage for Buildings and Premises dependent on the Ministry of Development and Infrastructure of the Region of Murcia.

The CUPS indicated in Annex I of the Technical Specifications and in the correction of errors made to it will be supplied. This annex indicates for each center: CUPS, Description of supply, tariff and contracted power.

The purpose of the contract is to supply electricity to the different CUPS supply points of the buildings and premises dependent on the Ministry of Development and Infrastructure of the CARM, a contract that is processed as a matter of urgency. The duration of the contract is expected to be 12 months, extendable for another 12 months, by virtue of the provisions of Law 9/2017, of November 8, on Public Sector Contracts, which transposes into Spanish law the Directives of the European Parliament and of the Council 2014/23/EU and 2014/24/EU, of February 26, 2014
