The aim of this call to tender is to obtain a complete 'turnkey' automotive dynamic testing facility for electric and hybrid vehicles, featuring at least the load range of existing and potential future drive cycles, and enabling the JRC to perform recording and analyses of vehicle performance and exhaust emissions.
