The subject of the contract is the granting of a long-term loan to cover the planned budget deficit of the Świecie nad Osą Commune and repayment of previously incurred liabilities from credits and loans.

The contracting authority undertakes to take out a long-term loan up to PLN 4,975,000.00 (say: four million nine hundred seventy-five zlotys 00/100) to cover the budget deficit of the Świecie nad Osą Commune in the amount of PLN 4,775,000.00 and to repay earlier liabilities on account of loans and borrowings in the amount of PLN 200,000.00. The Borrower / Employer / has the right not to use the full amount of the loan without incurring additional costs. Loan period: from the date of signing the loan agreement to 31/12/2033. Credit launch date: from the day of conclusion of the contract to 31/12/2019. As at the date of announcement of the tender procedure, the Awarding Entity has the opinion of the Regional Accounting Chamber about the possibility of loan repayment.

The loan will be repaid in the years 2022 to 2033 as follows:

- in the years 2022–2023 PLN 40,000.00 annually - quarterly installments of PLN 10,000.00 payable by the last business day of each quarter

- in the years 2024–2025 PLN 340,000.00 annually - quarterly installments of PLN 85,000.00 payable by the last business day of each quarter

- in the years 2026–2029, PLN 516,500.00 annually - quarterly installments of PLN 129 125.00 payable by the last business day of each quarter

- in 2030 - 466 500.00 PLN annually - quarterly installments of 116 625.00 PLN payable by the last business day of each quarter

- in 2031 - 516 500.00 PLN annually - quarterly installments of 129 125.00 PLN payable by the last business day of each quarter

- in 2032–2033 - 583 000.00 PLN per year - quarterly installments of 145 750.00 PLN payable by the last business day of each quarter
