The subject of the contract is the execution of project documentation and work aimed at the implementation of the investment consisting in the supply, assembly and commissioning of biomass boilers and liquid and natural gas boilers, which is carried out in the framework of the project “Exchange of heat sources in the municipality Brzeziny”.

1. The implementation of project documentation and work aimed at the implementation of investments consisting in the supply, assembly and commissioning of biomass boilers in the territory of the municipality of Brzeziny, including in particular:

1) the implementation of boiler room modernization projects for all installations;

2) supply and assembly of 19 units of biomass boiler;

3) disassembly and transfer to the occupant of the old solid fuel c.o. boiler;

4) making the necessary mounting holes for the introduction of equipment;

5) installation of the tray with the feeder;

6) verification and adjustment or execution of the exhaust and wind system;

7) making a connection to the exhaust drainage system;

8) connection to the existing CO hydraulic system and the CWU tray;

9) connection of electrical power supply;

10) braking the mounting holes after the introduction of the devices;

11) the execution of culverts in places of passage of routes of wires through walls, roof or other obstacles;

12) sealing of culverts;

13) performing installation tests and verifying the correct operation of the apparatus;

14) commissioning of the system and adjustments;

15) to train users as to the proper operation of the installed pellet boiler, together with the development of detailed operating instructions and their transmission to users;

16) the implementation of other elements included in the Annexes to the SWZ, including the Functional-Utility Programme constituting Annex No 1 to the SWZ.

2. Before submitting an offer, it is recommended that the Contractor carry out local visions of the facilities in order to assess on his own responsibility, costs, risks and all factors necessary to prepare a fair offer, covering all necessary preparatory, essential and accompanying work both for the conduct of construction and construction works, as well as the preparation of the project.

3. The detailed scope of work to be carried out by the Contractor for both parts of the contract is described in the PFU, which forms (Annex No 1 to SWZ) an integral part of the SWZ.

1.1. in terms of liquid-gas boilers:

1) the implementation of boiler room modernization projects for all installations;

2) delivery and installation of 18 units of liquid-gas boilers;

3) disassembly and transfer to the occupant of the old solid fuel c.o. boiler;

4) making the necessary mounting holes for the introduction of equipment;

5) installation of a liquid gas tank;

6) installation of a liquid-gas boiler;

7) installation of the tray c.w.u.;

8) assembly of the weather regulator;

9) verification and adjustment or execution of the air-combustion system and ventilation system;

10) connection to the existing hydraulic system c.o. and cwu tray;

11) installation of a filtroodulator to c.o.;

12) connection of electrical power supply;

13) bricked the mounting holes after the introduction of the devices;

14) the execution of culverts in places of passage of routes of wires through walls, roof or other obstacles;

15) sealing of culverts;

16) perform installation tests and verifying the correct operation of the apparatus;

17) commissioning of the system and adjustments;

18) to train users on the proper operation of the installed liquid gas boiler, together with the development of detailed operating instructions and their transmission to users;

19. the implementation of other elements included in the Annexes to the SWZ, including the Functional-Utility Programme of Annex No 1 to the SWZ;

1.2. for natural gas boilers:

1) the implementation of boiler room modernization projects for all installations and gas connection projects (the passage of the required administrative process) for the installation;

2) disassembly and transfer to the resident of the old solid fuel c.o. boiler;

3) making the necessary mounting holes for the introduction of equipment;

4) the performance of a natural gas connection;

5) delivery and installation of 5 pieces of natural gas boilers;

6) installation of the tray c.w.u.;

7) assembly of the weather regulator;

8) verification and adjustment or execution of the air-combustion system and ventilation system;

9) connection to the existing hydraulic system c.o. and cwu tray;

10) installation of a filtroodulator to c.o.;

11) connection to the natural gas connection;

12) connection of electrical power supply;

13) bricked the mounting holes after the introduction of the devices;

14) the execution of culverts in places of passage of routes of wires through walls, roof or other obstacles;

15) sealing of culverts;

16) perform installation tests and verifying the correct operation of the apparatus;

17) commissioning of the system and adjustments;

18) to train users on the proper operation of the installed liquid gas boiler, together with the development of detailed operating instructions and their transmission to users;

19. Implementation of other elements included in the Annexes to the SWZ, including the Functional-Utility Programme of Annex No 1 to the SWZ.
