1. The subject of the order is the delivery of 1 pc. ambulance with medical equipment for the Provincial Ambulance Station in Rzeszów.

1. The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of 1 pc. a brand new, free from physical and legal defects, unused for demonstration purposes, specialist car, i.e. an ambulance with medical equipment. The base vehicle should be no earlier than 2023. The offered ambulance must have brand new equipment, free from defects, covered by the vehicle manufacturer's warranty, meeting the requirements of the Act of 20 June 1997. The Road Traffic Law (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 988, as amended), the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of 31 December 2002 on the technical conditions of vehicles and the scope of their necessary equipment and the PN-EN 1789 standard or an equivalent standard. The delivered ambulance must have a vehicle type approval certificate, the validity of which must be sufficient for the Ordering Party to complete the registration formalities. In addition, the medical equipment and equipment supplied with the ambulances (if applicable) must have documents confirming that they are to be marketed and used in Poland and must comply with and meet the requirements set out in the provisions of the Act of 7 April 2022 on medical devices (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 974, as amended).
