Export Credit Norway and the Norwegian Export Credit Guarantee Agency are currently working on a formalised process to prepare the companies' merger to Export Credit Norway (Norwegian: Eksfin). The companies shall merge by the 1 July. However, a lot of work will remain to make the two companies function as one. The contracting authority sees a need for external consulting service in the further work with the merger process and the establishment of Eksfin for the following areas:

— project and process management;

— reorganisation and alteration management;

— performance management, strategy and goal development.
