The purpose of this consultation is to provide project management for the construction of a new building as part of the PASTIS project, on the IRSN site of CEA Cadarache (13). The contract consists of several tranches pursuant to Article R. 2113-4 of the Public Order Code. The firm tranche corresponds to the basic mission of project management whose content is defined in Articles R.2431-9 to R-2431-18 of the Public Order Code (Aps-Apd-Pro-Dce-Visa-Det-Aor) and the optional tranches are as follows: - optional tranche No. 1 "Complementary Mission Scheduling, Steering and Coordination" (Opc), - optional tranche No. 2 "Complementary mission Synthesis studies" (Syn), - optional tranche No. 3 "Complementary mission Coordination systems of fire safety" (CSSI),
