1. The subject of the contract includes the provision of services related to the regular transport of passengers in the field of public collective transport, in road transport, in accordance with the timetable agreed with the Ordering Party. 2. The execution of the contract includes the performance of the above-mentioned services on three communication lines, each of which corresponds to a separate part of the contract. The subject of the contract is divided into three parts. The contractor may apply for one, two or three lots of the contract. A contractor may be awarded a contract for one, two or three lots.

Line W1: Węgrzce Pętla – Dziekanowice In the expected period from 1 March 2023 to 31 December 2023. The line operates 7 days a week from approx. 5.00 to 23.00 (number of trips and detailed departure times to be agreed with the Operator, but not less than 20 trips per day). Number of wzkm (from March 15 to December 31, 2023) - approx. 143 208 vehicle-kilometers (hereinafter wzkm).

Line W2: Grębynice – Wola Zachariaszowska In the expected period from 1 March 2023 to 31 December 2023. The line operates 7 days a week from approx. 5.00 to 23.00 (number of trips and detailed departure times to be agreed with the Operator, but not less than 20 trips per day). Number of wzkm (from March 15 to December 31, 2023) - approx. 146 268 wzkm

Line W3: Węgrzce – Osiedle Łokietka In the expected period from 1 March 2023 to 31 December 2023. The line operates 7 days a week from approx. 5.00 to 23.00 (number of trips and detailed departure times to be agreed with the Operator, but not less than 20 trips per day). Number of wzkm (from March 15 to December 31, 2023) - approx. 103 428 wzkm.
