Open telematic procedure pursuant to articles 40 and 60 of Legislative Decree 50/2016 t.v. for the assignment of services related to architecture and engineering for the drafting of a definitive and executive design, to pursuant to art. 23 paragraphs 7 and 8 of Legislative Decree 50/2016, including the PSC, relating to the seismic adaptation intervention of the “L. Di Savoia” Industrial Technical Institute located in via D'Aragona 31 — Chieti.

The contract is identified with the assignment of a professional assignment for the services related to architecture and engineering related to the “Seismic Adaptation of the L.Savoia Industrial Technical Institute — first batch CHIETI”.

The assignee must carry out the following activities:

a) elaboration of the final project, the executive and the PSC, on the basis of the technical and economic feasibility project drawn up by the institution, pursuant to the combined provisions of art. 23, paragraphs 3, 7 and 8 and the art. 216, paragraph 4 of the Code, in compliance with the requirements of Part II, Title II, Chapter I, Section III (Articles 24-32) of Presidential Decree 207/2010;

b) request for opinions and authorisations in any case called “ordinary” (including the preparation of the necessary forms);

For the specific services covered by the contract, for the estimated amount of the works to be designed and the estimated value of the contract, reference shall nevertheless be made to the special descriptive specifications and performance and the document calculating the estimated value of the contract acts to which it is made express and full referral.
