The subject of the measure "New impulses" - restoration of legal capacity - for the activation and occupational integration of long-term unemployed people with weaker integration, according to § 16 SGB II in conjunction with § 45 Abs. 1 S. 1 Nr. 1 SGB III, is the combination of elements for:

- pre-accession to the training and labour market as well as

- Identification, reduction or removal of placement barriers

The objectives of the measure are:

- resource-oriented profiling

- Identify and increase concrete skills and resources

- review, determine and strengthen motivation and confidence

- identification and removal of any obstacles to mediation

- Assessment and increase of integration opportunities through activation offers tailored to participants' individual funding needs

- increase performance

- promotion of key competencies

- imparting knowledge relevant to the job and labour market

- Placement in a practical vocational test

The target group are employable long-term unemployed people in need of help over 25 years of age with multiple placement obstacles that are not predominantly in the health sector.

These may include those in need of help who are fit for work, for whom market replacement measures and the use of regulatory instruments of SGB II / III have not yet led to a positive result in terms of integration.

The aim is to improve the employment opportunities of long-term unemployed people who have a comprehensive and above all individual need for support and accompaniment and to actively use the regionally available skills, ideas, structures and resources, as well as to achieve their sustainable integration into the primary labor market .

The measure must support the activation of the participants or improve their integration prospects.

The participants' own efforts should be challenged and encouraged and a sustainable strengthening of initiative, motivation and health achieved. The contractor's approaches to action must be geared towards strengthening the available resources and include socially integrative support.

The participants are initially assigned for a period of 9 months with a presence time of 15 hours per week. In the case of an extension for a further 3 months, a total attendance period of 20 hours per week (time hours) is provided.

A total of 60 places for participants are to be provided in the measure.
