Stara, the construction services company of the City of Helsinki, is asking for a tender for structural design services for small renovation projects. The work mainly concerns public buildings and properties maintained by the Urban Environment Division.

The work ordered from the framework agreement is small-scale in nature, mainly limited to the individual space/structure of the building, normal in its degree of complexity and carried out quickly on schedule.

Typical structural design tasks for small repair projects include, for example, structural design of small-scale moisture damage and indoor air repairs, alterations and damage repairs, building physical design, preparation of building permit documents, work plans and reports and, if necessary, participation in deliveries during construction. The value of the work to be ordered is mainly between 1,000 and 15,000 €.
