The subject of the contract is the management and collection of waste with the code 19 12 04 - waste resulting from segregation from waste collected in a selective way 15 01 06 mixed packaging waste from Czyste Region Sp. z o. o. in Kędzierzyn-Koźle. The order will be executed successively from the date of signing the contract until December 30, 2023 up to a total quantity of 800 Mg in accordance with the attached schedule specifying the minimum weekly collections.
