The aim of this tender is to optimally meet the need for printing, copying and scanning of the contracting authority. The contracting authority wishes to achieve this goal by means of a European tender by open procedure.

Type 1: black and white printer minimum 20 PPM A4: 20.

Type 2: black and white MFP minimum 20 PPM A4: 9.

Type 3: "full color" MFP minimum 30 PPM A4 and A3: 6.

Type 4: "full color" MFP minimum 45 PPM A4 and A3: 14.

Total number of black and white prints (per year) A4: 3 800 000.

Total number of full color prints (per year) A4: 650,000.
