The purpose of the consultation is to set up a framework agreement with subsequent contract (s) and which includes:

- the supply of electricity (including 50% renewable electricity) as specified in the SPC for the supply of PDLs whose perimeter is specified in the CCP,

- the mission of balance manager in accordance with Article L. 312-15 of the Energy Code and as specified in the CCP,

- access to the public electricity distribution network and its use for PDLs as specified in the CCP,

- associated services as described in the CCP.

Each subsequent contract takes the form of a single supply and forwarding contract with a distinction on the price invoices relating to the supply, associated services and the routing.
