The subject of the contract is the comprehensive provision of services: collection and management of municipal waste from owners of real estate residing in the Dąbrowa Biskupia commune and collection and management of municipal waste from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point for the Municipality of Dąbrowa Biskupia, including: 1) collection and management of segregated and non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste from residential properties in the Dąbrowa Biskupia commune; 2) equipping the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point in Dąbrowa Biskupa, hereinafter referred to as "PSZOK" with containers and containers for the period from March 1, 2023 to June 30, 2023 (with the possibility of extension by another month); 3) receiving a telephone notification from the Dąbrowa Biskupia Commune Office, within the time limit specified in the Contractor's offer, within a maximum of 7 working days and handing over to the management of municipal waste from PSZOK in Dąbrowa Biskupa; 4) documenting the implementation of the subject of the contract by means of reports (reports), documentation kept in BDO, i.e.: waste transfer cards, recycling or recovery cards, waste safety data sheets, etc. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is set out in Annex 1 and 1a to the SWZ and the draft contract in Annex 8 to the SWZ. Execution date from 01.03.2023 to 31.12.2025
