Design and construction of the expressway A2 Warsaw - Kukuryki on the section "Ryczołek" junction (end of the Mińsk Mazowiecki bypass) - Siedlce Task D: Section IV from the "Groszki" junction (without the junction) to the "Gręzów" junction (approx. 12) , 89 km.

The contract includes in particular:

1) design of the A2 motorway section together with engineering facilities, accompanying infrastructure and traffic safety devices, i.e. preparation of project documentation based on the Employer's requirements contained in the Terms of Reference,

2) obtaining on behalf of and for the Employer all legal opinions, arrangements, permits, permits, administrative decisions necessary to design and implement the investment,

3) construction of a section of the A2 motorway as above together with engineering facilities and accompanying infrastructure,

4) preparation of as-built documentation,

5) obtaining a decision on the permit to use the A2 motorway on the section as above

In particular, the following construction works should be designed and carried out for the investment covered by the contract:

1. Construction of a motorway section with associated technical infrastructure and traffic safety devices,

2. Construction of engineering objects,

3. Construction and reconstruction of existing roads in the field of collision with the highway,

4. Construction of access roads servicing local traffic and construction of access roads to devices,

5. Construction of technological roads

6. Construction of pedestrian walkways and bicycle paths,

7. Construction of emergency crossings and emergency entrances to the highway,

8. Construction of the road body drainage system (road trenches, gravity and pressure storm water drainage, pre-treatment devices, retention tanks, rainwater pumping stations, road and longitudinal drainage and others),

9. Construction of environmental protection devices such as acoustic protection, animal passages, ecological culverts along with a protective and guiding fence, greenery, rainwater drainage system, retention tanks, rainwater pretreatment devices from the highway road, fences, main road, pumping stations and other .

10. Construction of infrastructure for the needs of facilities located along the highway, including power networks, water supply networks, sanitary sewage treatment networks and devices, storm water drainage along with pre-treatment devices and others,

11. Reconstruction of colliding devices and networks of existing technical infrastructure,

12. Construction and reconstruction of road lighting,

13. Traffic organization (horizontal and vertical marking with equipment), road safety devices.

14. Strengthening the subsoil to obtain the right foundation conditions for roads and engineering facilities, and to ensure slope stability,

15. Cleaning and unblocking of existing drainage facilities and receivers in order to effectively drain water from the road lane,

16. Performing full reclamation of areas occupied by technical and social facilities, construction sites, roads for the time of construction and any other areas transformed by the Contractor during the works and during the removal of defects,

17. Restoration of public roads used by the Contractor during construction to a condition not worse than before the start of construction, including their possible renovation,

18. All works resulting from the need to connect the section to the existing communication system together with its possible reconstruction and change of traffic organization resulting from the adopted solutions,

19. Providing access to all plots adjacent to the proposed road lane throughout the entire construction period,

20. Felling of existing greenery,

21. Landscaping with greenery,

22. Additional bus bays,

23. Construction of teletechnical sewage system for traffic management system and elements of traffic management system,

24. All works related to the reconstruction and demolition of elements colliding with the investment.

25. Temporary traffic organization with staging of node operation in the situation of implementation of adjacent sections,

26. Any other works that prove necessary to design and implement the investment

27. Obtaining administrative decisions enabling the use of investments.
