ROC Friese Poort is entering a research phase of a merger with Friesland College. The aim is an administrative merger as of 1 January 2023, followed by an institutional merger as of 1 August 2023. Part of the preparation is a website for the new ROC. With this tender, both institutions want to conclude an agreement with one supplier who will be commissioned to design, build, migrate, manage, provide support and (further) develop the website of the new ROC in the Drupal or Umbraco CMS.
